Some find an "elegant" retreat in the heart of the San Fernando Valley at this chain link near the Warner Center business and shopping complex; rooms have "quality linens" and "oversize", "abundant" towels, the staff "takes care of everything" and passes are provided to a fitness center and pool next door; still, wallet-watchers aren't fond of the "charge for Internet" and the "daily parking fee" that "isn't exactly cheap."

Unnecessary parking fees!

Price was excellent. Couldn't find an uncrowded restaurant in the area, and there were many, so we were pleasantly surprised to return to the hotel's Fitzgeralds Lounge and had a quiet very nice meal. Parking was only $7 and was conveniently located in a structure next to the hotel and a fitness center, restaurants, shopping.

The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The entrance and lobby are definitely 4-star quality.

The charge for self parking is high per day and definitely affects whether I will stay at that rate.
